The Boreal Bazaar Community Flea Market — Vendor Rules & Policies
Welcome to The Boreal Bazaar Community Flea Market! Please read all rules carefully before completing your registration.
Event Hours Set-up begins at 8:00 AM on event days. Market hours are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Saturdays and 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Sundays. Vendors requiring Friday evening set-up must submit a request in the Special Requests section of this form.
Tables & Chairs Vendors are encouraged to bring their own tables and chairs. Table rental is available for $10.00 per day but must be reserved no later than 3 days before the event so the facility can be notified.
Registration Deadline Vendor ticket sales close two weeks before each event date.
What You're Selling All vendors must specify what they plan to sell. The Boreal Bazaar is open to everyone — small businesses, crafters, artisans, collectors, direct sales consultants, and individual/personal sellers alike.
No Table Sharing Each ticket is for one vendor only. Tables may not be shared under any circumstances.
Double Table Requests Requests for 2 tables are available upon request only and are not guaranteed. Vendors will be notified of approval one week before the event. Cost is $100.00 per date (double the single table rate).
Table Transfers Vendor spots cannot be transferred to another individual without written approval from The Boreal Bazaar organizers. This policy is in place for fire safety and attendance accountability purposes.
Minors Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Liability The Boreal Bazaar, its organizers, and the Syncrude Sport and Wellness Centre are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Vendors participate at their own risk.
Insurance Vendor insurance is not required but is recommended. Vendors may obtain market insurance at their own discretion.
Food Vendors Any vendor selling food must provide proof of compliance with Alberta Health Services (AHS) regulations prior to the event. No exceptions.
Power A limited number of power spots are available for $15.00 per day. Power spots must be reserved at the time of registration and are subject to availability.
Parking Limited free parking is available on site.
Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued. In the event that insufficient vendor spots are sold to cover the cost of the venue, vendors will be offered the option to transfer to an available alternate date before any refund is considered.
Conduct & Compliance Failure to comply with any of the above rules and policies may result in removal from the event and/or being banned from future Boreal Bazaar events.
