By submitting artwork to Oshi’s, you agree to the following terms and conditions: All artwork must be original and created by the submitting artist. Oshi’s reserves the right to decline any work that does not meet exhibition standards, requirements, or thematic guidelines. While all reasonable care will be taken in handling and displaying artwork, Oshi’s is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to artwork or personal property during the exhibition, installation, or deinstallation periods. By participating, artists agree to release and hold harmless Oshi’s, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability related to the condition, security, or display of submitted work. By participating in this exhibition, you grant Oshi’s permission to photograph and/or video record your artwork and any related events. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and archival purposes without compensation. Artists are responsible for picking up their work during the designated load-out times. Oshi’s is not responsible for artwork left after the pickup window, and a storage fee may apply for late pickups. By submitting your work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined above.
