Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my participation in any and all activities prepared by {Organization} during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said candidacy by {Organization} ., I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless {Organization} . and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said participant arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including marching band and indoor percussion. Join Infinity Percussion for a full day of high-energy training designed for both new and experienced percussionists and dancers. This one-day clinic offers a unique opportunity to learn from our world-class instructors in a hands-on, supportive environment focused on growth, performance, and excellence.

Participants will engage in technique-based instruction, ensemble experiences, and performance-focused training that reflects the Infinity standard. Whether you’re preparing for your next season or exploring the activity for the first time, this clinic is designed to challenge, inspire, and elevate your skills.
