• Dual Language Symposium

    Thank you for your support of the 9th Annual Dual Language Symposium hosted at Roosevelt University.
  • The Dual Language Symposium is a Chicagoland conference co-hosted by WCEPS and Roosevelt University, bringing together teachers, administrators, and parents to learn from one another on topics central to the education of emergent bilinguals. The event highlights the work of Roosevelt’s Dual Language Teacher Leadership Master’s students and alumni, showcasing their contributions in linguistically and culturally diverse schools. Educators from a broad range of regions also share their insights, making the symposium a vibrant exchange of ideas and practices in dual language education.

  • For Illinois educators interested in PD hours, bring your Illinois EIN number (IEIN) for receipt of professional development credit for attendance. A QR code will be provided for you to enter your information. Educators from out of state will receive a certificate after completing an evaluation at the end of the day.
