Application Fees are non-refundable. POTTC Events reserves the right to move, discontinue, or limit the participation of any applicant/vendor/exhibitor at any time. Applicants are solely responsible for their compliance with all relevant state, local, and federal health codes, regulations, licenses, insurance, and taxes. Your Booth Must be Staffed at all times during the event and Weighted Down Properly if Outdoors.

Upon approval, you will be notified by email and sent a link to make a payment for your approved category. You will also be able to add options such as Power, Tables, Chairs, Etc., at that time, when and where available.
