You will need to upload the documents (Abstract of Judgment or other documents) that have been electronically filed by the court. Don’t forget to proofread the document for accuracy. We cannot recall or cancel the documents once they are submitted to the County. Feel free to proceed with your request by clicking next.

If your documents were physically filed (paper-filing), they must be U.S. mailed to us for digitization before the e-recording process. The entire document, including notary seals, must be legible and easy to read. All signatures should include clearly printed names.
