    If your documents were physically filed (paper-filing), they must be U.S. mailed to us for digitization before the e-recording process. The entire document, including notary seals, must be legible and easy to read.     Once your documents are received, they will be submitted within 5–7 business days. If you need them recorded sooner, please select the e‑recording option. Use the back button to return to the upload page.
  • The timelines above are based on submission to the county recorder’s office by Rocket Liens and not when the document(s) will be recorded by the county recorder. Timetables vary from county to county depending on the volume of intake by each county recorder office. The submitter is solely responsible for the image content. Rocket Liens shall not be liable for any loss caused by the submitter’s annotations or other manipulation of the image.   • PLEASE NOTE: Once we have submitted your documents to the county, our service fee is non-refundable. All fees listed are our service fees only and do not include the county's recording fees and or taxes (if any). Rocket Liens' fees will be assessed regardless if the county records or rejects the documents submitted. Documents must be received by the cut-off time, if applicable. If your eRecording is rejected, a resubmission fee applies.
