IMIME Camp Registration & Liability Agreement
By registering my child for IMIME Camp, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in IMIME Camp activities, including but not limited to dance, mime, physical movement, games, and off-site or on-site activities, involves a certain level of physical activity and inherent risk. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge IMIME, INC., its directors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during participation in camp activities.
I certify that my child is physically able to participate and has no medical conditions that would prevent safe involvement, or I have disclosed all relevant medical information on this form.
I grant permission for IMIME, INC. to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Supervision & Conduct Policy
IMIME Camp is committed to providing a safe and structured environment for all participants.
Campers are required to remain under the supervision of IMIME staff at all times.
If any student:
Leaves camp premises without permission, or
Removes themselves from staff supervision at any time They will be subject to immediate dismissal from IMIME Camp with no refund issued.
Parents/guardians will be contacted immediately, and the camper must be picked up promptly.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms outlined above and give permission for my child to participate in IMIME Camp.
