REGISTRATION FEES

There are three registration stages available for participants. Kindly be advised that our registration fee is a fixed flat rate, regardless of the duration of attendance. Even if you plan to participate for fewer than four days, you will still be charged the same fee. Registration fee grants you access to the whole conference programme and covers lunches, coffee-breaks, 2 social events, and free public bus transport in Ljubljana city. Please note that accommodation expenses are not covered in the registration fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellations are made before 25th August 2026, the entire amount paid will be refunded without any cancellation fee. For cancellations received between 26th August and 10th September 2026, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee based on the amount paid. Unfortunately, cancellations received after 10th September 2026 will not be refunded, and the full amount paid will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Please note, a processing fee of 50 EUR will apply for all cancellations.

Based on the information you have entered, we will send you a pro-forma invoice with the bank details for the payment. Your registration is valid only after we received the payment on our bank account. The payment should be done within 7 days from the day of the registration.*
