•Time: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
•Setup: Begins 3:30PM before event start
•Location: 113 13th St. S, Birmingham, AL 35233
This event will be outdoor. Throughout Urban Supply, UP-Down, near the stadium.

🛍 Vendor Space Info
Outdoor Space: 10x10 ft.
A tent is required for outdoor vendors (any color welcome!) WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED
Bring your own tent, weight, lights, chairs, table as we do not provide any.
⚠️ Please make sure your entire setup fits within your assigned space.

• Electricity is not guaranteed — bring a fully charged power bank 🔋

• Spots are pre-assigned
• On event day, check in with the host before setting up

🚗 Parking & Unloading
• Vehicles have to be parked before unloading
• Then vehicles must be moved to avoid ticketing/towing (we’re not responsible for violations)
• All parking is pay by mobile or meter. Parking must be paid for by vendor.

💳 Payment Policy
1. Once you submit your payment, your spot will be secured.
⚠️ Spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received.
2. PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT VENDOR CATEGORY AT CHECKOUT! This is a major part of how we keep track of vendor categories for each event. Selecting the wrong category may affect your participation.
Please make sure you select the correct vendor category when applying.
For example, the Jewelry category and the Permanent Jewelry category are two separate categories and should not be selected interchangeably.
Likewise, if you sell desserts, please do not select the Clothing/Vintage category in order to complete your application.
If you don’t see your vendor category, please send us an email or DM before applying.
If you’re unable to select a vendor category, 99% of the time it means that category is already full for that date or vendor option. Feel free to reach out to us to confirm availability.

All vendor fees are non-refundable & non-transferable — no exceptions for:
• Weather (event is rain or shine ☔️☀️)
• Personal emergencies or schedule conflicts
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations
