I wish to enter the above boat in the ILCA Sprint Race Event hosted by Dublin Bay Sailing Club (DBSC). I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the Prescriptions of Irish Sailing, the Rules of the Irish Laser Association (ILCA Ireland), the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions. I accept that participation in the Event is at my sole and exclusive risk in every respect, as detailed in section 10 of the Notice of Race.

I hereby indemnify the Race Committee, DBSC, its officers, sponsors, members, servants and agents in respect of all claims and demands of whatever nature which may be made upon them in connection with or howsoever arising from my participation or intended participation in the Event, and I acknowledge that the Race Committee, DBSC, its officers, sponsors, members, servants and agents accept no responsibility in respect of loss of life, personal injury or loss or damage to property which I or any other person may sustain by participation or intended participation in the Event or howsoever arising in connection with the Event.

I confirm that the boat in which I will participate carries valid third-party liability insurance, with cover of not less than €3,000,000 per incident, to cover my liability in connection with my participation in the Event, as required in section 11 of the Notice of Race.

I consent to the creation and use of still and moving images as in section 12 of the Notice of Race.
