MEET DAY SCHEDULE
6:45am: Lifter Check-in Starts (If you didn't check-in the night before)
7am-8:30am: Weigh-Ins
8am: Lifter Briefing
9am: Meet Starts
3:30pm: Aniticipated Meet Completion
AWARDS: (Immediately following)
Medals for 1st-3rd place in each division.
Best Overall Lifters: Will each win a "Best Lifter" Medal & a "Best Lifter" Banner
TEAM AWARDS: (Top 3 team members average DOTS)
1st-3rd teams will be awarded a banner.
Teams must be registered with usa powerlifting before October 17th. Team athletes must put their team name when registering for this meet. To be elidgable for the team award, you must have atleast 3 competitors competing in this meet. We must have 3 eligible teams in this meet to give out this award.

Spectator Fee: $20
Coaches Fee: $30 (Grants access to warm-up area)
All spectator & coach fees will be collected at the door. CASH or VENMO ONLY.

Main Platform: ER Combo Rack, 20kg Rogue Ohio Power Bar, Rogue Competition Kilo Plates, Eleiko Competition Collars
Warm-Up Area: 3 ER Combo Racks, 3 20kg Power Bars, Rogue Competition Kilo Plates, Carpeted Platforms
Drug Testing:
Minimum 5% of participants will be drug tested by urinalysis.
