• Candidate Registration Form

    Thank you for registering a candidate in The Skills Studio — a program for early-career professionals (typically 1–5 years in) who are motivated and ready to strengthen foundational workplace skills.

     

    • This registration form is to be completed by the person registering and taking financial responsibility for the candidate's participation, whether that is the manager, parent, mentor or the candidate themselves.
    • Please note: If completing this form on behalf of someone else, please confirm the candidate is aware of the program, has expressed an interest in participating, and is available to attend the scheduled sessions.
    • A $25 non-refundable registration fee is required with submission.
    • All submissions will be reviewed to ensure compliance with program eligibility requirements.
    • The program cost for registered participants is $1000 for Winter Park Chamber members ($1,500 for nonmembers).
