PAGEANT: The doors will open at 11:00 a.m. and a finalized time schedule will be shared the week of the pageant. This schedule will be composed based on the number of contestants. The first age group will begin at 12:00 p.m. Contestants are asked to arrive at least twenty minutes before their division begins, ready to line up. We will not wait for latecomers. Check in at the registration desk upon arrival to receive your number and purchase spectator tickets.
There will be a dressing room provided for contestants. Due to the small dressing room, only one adult be allowed in the dressing/holding room to assist each contestant. No males will be allowed in the dressing room. It’s best to have hair and make-up done prior to arrival.
After checking in at the registration desk, contestants should report to the dressing room until escorted to the stage. Immediately upon completion of their stage walk, each contestant should report back to the holding room until further direction. Under no circumstance should a contestant be in the audience or roaming the halls while his/her division is actively in session. The Pageant Committee reserves the right to disqualify any contestant that does not comply with this request.
Photos will be made of all queens and court after each group is crowned. If your daughter is selected as a queen, it is mandatory she come back for a Queens group photo as soon as the Ms. division has concluded.
ATTIRE: Semi-Glitz Pageant for Ages 0 & up. Pageant Dresses are recommended, and Hair/Makeup is allowed. Please make sure it's age appropriate and that it enhances you/your child’s beauty. Contestants should model the T walk. There will not be a rehearsal. There will be no glitz modeling. Group line up will be done first.
Patriotic Wear (Included)
All contestants will compete in a patriotic-themed outfit that showcases personality, creativity, and All-American spirit. This can include red, white, and blue attire, themed outfits, or festive wear. Judging will be based on overall appearance, confidence, and state presence - not the cost of the outfit.
ADMISSION: Contestant and her mother or guardian will receive FREE admission. Admission is $15.00 for anyone over 4. Children 4 and under are free.
SPORTSMANSHIP & CONDUCT POLICY: Good sportsmanship is expected from all contestants and their families from the time of registration through the completion of the pageant evet.
Any contestant, parent, family member, or representative who displays unsportsmanlike behavior - including but not limited to disrespectful conduct, harassment, refusal to follow pageant procedures, or negative/public commentary (including social media) about the pageant, its staff, judges, or participants - may be subject to disqualification at the discretion of the Pageant Committee.
The Pageant Committee reserves the right to remove any contestant from the pageant, without warning, if conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to uphold a respectful and positive environment for all involved.
LINE-UP ORDER POLICY: Contestants will be lined up for their division based on order of registration.
The first contestant registered in each age division will be placed last in the line-up, and each subsequent contestant will be placed ahead of them in sequential order.
This means the most recently registered contestant in each division will be first in the line-up, and the earliest registered contestant will be last.
All contestants must be lined up and ready prior to the start of their division for the group line up. The Pageant Committee will not adjust line-up order for late arrivals.
In the event that a division does not meet the minimum number of contestants required for formal competition, the Pageant Committee reserves the right to award titles at-large. In this case, titles may be awarded based on order of registration, with the first registered contestnat in the division receiving first right of refusal for the title.
*ALL contestants must compete the age that they are going to be the day of pageant. There will be no fall backs.
*No refunds unless pageant should be cancelled.
I hereby certify that the Pageant Committee, Luxe & Loco, LLC., the pageant venue, or anyone associated with the pageant is not responsible for my personal injury, nor my family’s personal injury, my personal property damage, theft or loss to and from the pageant. I will abide by the judge’s decision and accept them as final. I will not show poor sportsmanship (this will include any family or friends who will be with me.) I agree if poor sportsmanship is shown by me or those with me, I will be disqualified from this pageant and any future pageants associated with this pageant committee. I agree that I will act in a dignified manner, I will respect those in authority and I will respect the property of the venue. I, nor my family or friends with me, will not bring food or drinks into the pageant or dressing rooms where the pageant is being held. (Water is permitted.) I understand that there will be no refunds given for any money that I have paid or any Best Wishes votes that have been submitted. If I pay by check, the check will be cashed before the pageant. If the bank refuses to honor the check, I will be contacted by the committee and I will be required to pay cash in advance of the pageant in order to compete. I understand that Luxe & Loco, LLC. must receive a minimum of forty (40) registered contestants to hold the pageant. If the pageant must be canceled due to low registration, the first contestant registered in each age division will have the option to be crowned the queen or receive a full refund; all others will receive a full refund.
