Please read the registration options and details carefully before proceeding with the form.
- Beacon Open Studios will take place June 26-28.
- Registered studios should be open 12-6pm Saturday and Sunday.
- There will be an event reception on June 26, at The Yard.
- As part of BOS weekend, there is a Participating Artist Group show at HUDSON BEACH GLASS Gallery. Every registered artist is entitled to include one piece in the show. The group show will open on June 13 and close July 5.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

1. Standard Registration (not members of BeaconArts): $60

Includes:

a. Inclusion in group show at Hudson Beach Glass

b. Online gallery on Beaconopenstudios.com

c. Studio/show location listed on map

d. Yard Sign

e. Opportunity to request assigned space to show work for the weekend (if you do not have a studio, spaces are limited, first-come first-served.

f. 1yr BeaconArts Membership

BeaconArts membership provides a comprehensive platform to advance your artistic career. As a member, you'll gain access to a customizable online portfolio that increases your visibility through artist searches and community promotions. You can publish your professional credentials, share your creative process, promote events on their calendar (with potential newsletter inclusion), and access exclusive exhibition opportunities. BeaconArts offers commission-free sales through curated shows, while allowing you to conveniently manage all your membership details online through a user-friendly interface.

2. BA Members Registration: $35 with code

All existing members will be sent an email containing the discount code within the next two weeks. If you do not receive this email, or do not wish to wait, please email proof of membership (a screenshot of payment from BA site or receipt email) to socialmgrbos@gmail.com to receive your discount code.

Hudson Beach Glass Group Show information

Gallery is located on the 2nd floor at 162 Main St, Beacon, NY 12508.
- The group show will open June 15 and close July 5.
- Group show artwork drop off will be Saturday, June 6, 4-7pm and Sunday June 7, 12-3pm.
- If your work sells during the show, you will keep 50% of the listed price.
- If your work does not sell, pick up is July 6, between 12-5pm.
- If listed drop off and pick up dates do not work for you, please email socialmgrbos@gmail.com to coordinate a different time.
- Due to limited space please keep work no larger than 20x24".
- All work must be for sale.
- Artwork must be ready to hang (wired, hook, etc).
- Participation in group shows is not required.

HOW TO REQUEST SPACE TO SHOW WORK (NOT GROUP SHOW)

BOS is working with The Yard and Main Street shop owners to secure exhibit options for its participants who do not have studios to open for the event weekend.

If you do not have an accessible, studio location in Beacon and need a place to show a selection of work for the weekend, please write: NEED LOCATION, in the location address field below. We will be in touch regarding options and availability. SPACE IS LIMITED AND NOT GUARANTEED.

If you do not need additional space, dont' have a studio to register and only wish to participate in the group show at Hudson Beach Glass, please write HUDSON BEACH GLASS ONLY in the LOCATION ADDRESS BOX. Hudson Beach Glass participation is automatic with registration.
