Quilt Show Sponsorship
The Village Quilters is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization currently celebrating its 30th anniversary. Our mission is to provide quilters of all skill levels the opportunity to meet, share ideas, and learn new techniques. We are charity-oriented, donating hundreds of quilts a year, with a total of over 10,000 quilts to date. Our 250+ members hail from a wide radius of East Tennessee.
This year’s Quilt Show, Quilts by the Lake, will be held September 25-26 at The Venue in Lenoir City.
Our Quilt Show and the associated programs helped by our Guild depend on the sponsorship of businesses like yours. Below are the details concerning this year’s sponsorship levels. Sponsorships can be given in cash or in goods received.
Needle level: $50-$99 - sponsor an award ribbon. Your name will appear next to the ribbon as a sponsor.
Thimble level: $100-$249 Your name will be listed in the program as a sponsor to the Quilt Show. You will also receive 2 free tickets to the Show.
Bobbin level: $250-$499 In addition to your name listed in the program, your name will be listed as a sponsor on our public Facebook page, you will receive 4 free tickets to the Quilt Show, and your name and logo will be shown on the TV monitors of The Venue during the Quilt Show
Spool level: $500-$749 In addition to everything included at the Bobbin level, your name will be printed on a banner which will be hung in The Venue.
Quilter level: $750+ In addition to everything included at the Bobbin and Spool levels, a professional photograph taken of you with the banner and a Certificate of Thanks.
