Please upload PDF or image (jpg, gif, png) copies of a valid Rabies certificate and negative Coggins for each horse on the team. Please note that unless you upload them below, certificates will need to be displayed on the day of the event.

We strongly prefer this paperwork be uploaded ahead of pace day. If your horse's barn name differs from what is on the coggins, please register him by the official name. Once your horse has a valid rabies and coggins on file with us for 2026, you do not need to submit another.
