The mission of Swampfest is to provide wholesome family entertainment and fundraising opportunities for youth programs and non-profits in the Land O’ Lakes community.  Swampfest was founded many years ago to provide the community with a fun, family style annual event to socialize at and meet people.

Swampfest is sponsored by the Land O’ Lakes High School Athletic Booster Club (LOLHSABC), a non-profit organization.  The LOLHSABC partners with local schools and non-profits to make this a community festival.  Money raised benefits LOLHS clubs and athletic teams.

Swampfest will be held at Heritage Park (formerly the Land O’ Lakes Community Center), located at 5401 Land O’ Lakes Blvd (U.S. 41). 

Local companies are encouraged to participate in the festival by having a vendor booth/food truck.  Your booth at Swampfest will make this a true community event and broaden your customer base.  Most of Land O’ Lakes residents want to support local businesses.  Swampfest is a great way to introduce your products or services to the community.

Exibitor Release

The undersigned does hereby make application to participate in Swampfest.  I agree to abide by the rules (see below for rules) and regulations set forth and any other rules as may be established by the Swampfest Committee.  I release and forever discharge Pasco County: LOLHSABC; its representatives, committees, and organizers from any responsibility, personal liability, loss, claims, and damages arising out of or in conjunction with Swampfest.

Exhibitor Set Up

There is a 30-minute time limit to unload on the grounds.  You must move your vehicle to the vendor lot after unloading.  Setup time is strictly enforced.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  The Swampfest committee will have an information area set up at “Will Call” by the entrance to obtain your assigned booth numbers and location.  No numbers will be available before check-in.

*(vendors are welcome to set up early for the Fish 5K- carnival rides will open late morning)

Sunday:         By 11 a.m.                            12 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Booths may be broken down ONLY after Swampfest operating hours.

 

Additional Rules:

1.      Vendors must supply their own display materials, such as tents, tables, chairs and extension cords.

2.      Vendors are responsible for all cleanup of their designated space.

3.      Not responsible for items left over night.

4.      No flyers can be put on cars and booths must be manned at all times.

5.      No generators allowed.

6.      Sale or display of weapons is prohibited.

7.      The Swampfest committee reserves the right to disallow certain items.

8.      Vendor is allowed parking passes for those working the event.

9.      No animals allowed (except service).

10.    Once you receive a vendor approval there are no refunds

*Due to midway contract stipulations, food vendors may not sell fair type food such as burgers, hotdogs, sausage, fries, funnel cakes, etc.   Unique menus are preferred!
