First and foremost, Knott's Berry Farm is about fun. Fun for everyone. Boarding Pass Program
At Knott’s Berry Farm are proud of our reputation for accommodating guests with disabilities through our Ride Admission Policy. To provide equal access for all guests, we have developed a program which allows guests with mobility restrictions or cognitive impairment to access attractions.
Information about where guests access the ride is posted on each attraction's Safety Guide sign. All guests are required to meet all riding requirements for every attraction, including height and health restrictions in order to ride/participate safely.
Guests with mobility restrictions or cognitive impairments should visit Guest Services upon arrival at the park to express their inability to wait in the regular line. Some questions are asked to ensure that the rider has the required physical criteria in order to experience attractions safely. Following that conversation, the Guest Services Associate will provide the details needed to participate in the program.

Cash‑to‑Card Kiosk to convert your cash
to a prepaid debit card at no charge.
Cash‑to‑Card Kiosk Locations:
• Knott’s Berry Farm: Main Gate, Western Entrance, and throughout the park
• Soak City Waterpark: Next to the Longboard's Grill restroom, near the ATM at the lockers
What happens if there is a remaining balance left on my prepaid card?
• Prepaid cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. There are no fees to use the card
inside or outside the park. As long as the card is used regularly,
no monthly fees will apply. After 92 consecutive days of no transaction activity,
however, a $3.95 fee will be charged each month.
What should I do if the Cash-to-Card Kiosk takes my cash and does not dispense a card:
• Knott's Berry Farm: Take your receipt to Guest Services, located near the exit of GhostRider.
What type of payments are accepted?
• Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards and most debit cards are
accepted for payment. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
