I have read the "Schedule," and I am aware that the schedule/location/etc is subject to change by Santee Cooper Outdoors, LLC.
I have read the "School Supplies" list, and I am aware that I am responsible for providing the items and ensuring that my angler will be prepared for each day of "Fish School."
Medical Release Form
I understand that after enrollment closes, I will receive a separate Medical Release Form that must be completed and submitted prior to the first day of Fish School in order for my Angler to attend/participate in the activities.
Fish School Safety & Conduct Rules
I agree that my child will abide by all Fish School rules. Rules are in place for everyone's safety. I understand that if my child does not follow the rules, then they may be dismissed from Fish School without a refund/credit.
Media Release
I agree that I give my child permission to appear in videos, audio recordings, films, photographs, written articles, and on websites and social media sites for the purposes for marketing and promoting Santee Cooper Outdoors, Fish School, and/or affiliates.
Waiver & Release Agreement

Please read carefully before signing.
I acknowledge that fishing has inherit risks, hazards and dangers for angler and others that cannot be eliminated, particularly in a wilderness environment. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION:

1.   Inclement weather conditions;

2.   The risk of handling fishing gear and being near others that have fishing gear in their possession;

3.   The risk of injury from others;

4.   Walking in rugged country, including encounters with wildlife (animals, reptiles, and insects – some poisonous, dangerous and deadly).

5.   The risk of injury from riding in/on a boat;

6.   The risk of bodily injury from being in/around water.

I understand the risks, hazards, and dangers as described above and have considered all of the above thoughtfully. I understand that these activities may require good physical conditioning and a degree of skill and knowledge from my Angler. I believe my Angler meet these conditions for them to engage in these activities safely. I understand that I have responsibilities. My Angler's participation in this activity is purely voluntary. No one is forcing them to participate and I elect fopr them to participate in spite of risks.

I AM FULLY VOLUNTARILY USING THE SERVICE/FACILITIES OF SANTEE COOPER OUTDOORS, LLC WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE INHERIET RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS INVOLVED AND HEREBY ASSUME AND ACCEPT AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, PARALYSIS OR DEATH.

Further provisions and restrictions are as follows:

1.   I agree to abide by the State of South Carolina Laws and Regulations while fishing on property leased by Santee Cooper Outdoors, LLC. I agree to and realize that failure to do so is a violation of stated voluntary permission to hunting rights.

2.   I agree that my Angler will use adequate and safe gishing gear and "school supplies" as recommended by the manufacturer in any and all situations. I agree to and realize that failure to do so is a violation of stated voluntary permission to hunting privileges.

Lastly, I for myself, my heirs, successors, and executors, hereby KNOWING AND INTENTIONALLY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SANTEE COOPER OUTDOORS, LLC and their respective partners, directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers (collectively, “Indemnified Persons”) from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, suits, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in "Fish School" recreational activities on property leased by Santee Cooper Outdoors, LLC.

I hereby waive, and release the Indemnified Person from, all claims I might have against any Indemnified Persons, including, but not limited to, NEGLIGENCE of any kind or nature, whether, the risks was foreseen or unforeseen, arising directly or indirectly out of any damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death to me or my property as a result of my engaging in these activities or the use of these services, animals, or equipment, whether such damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death results from negligence of Santee Cooper Outdoors, LLC or from some other cause.

I, for myself, my heirs, successors, and executors further agree not to sue Santee Cooper Outdoors, LLC and/or its partners as a result of any injury, paralysis, or death suffered in connection with my use and participation in the activities of hunting and/or recreation.
This is a release of liability and waiver of certain legal rights. In consideration for being permitted to participate in activities of fishing and recreation, I agree to the following Waiver and Release while on property leased by Santee Cooper Outdoors, LLC.
Tuition Costs/Payment
I understand that tuition is $150 per angler and that it is non-refundable should my angler choose not to attend Fish School.
