CANCELLATION POLICY - After July 1st, 2026, no refunds of any amount will be issued. Once the convention is fully sold out, you may request to transfer your campsite and registration fees to another attendee(s) by submitting a GMCMI transfer request form to the Convention Manager. Transfers are not guaranteed unless there is a waitlist/demand. If your campsite is successfully reassigned, a $95 administration fee will be deducted from the reimbursement. Campsites will be reassigned in the order transfer requests are received (by date and time of submission).*
