Instructor: Bonnie is a clinical herbalist, flower essence practitioner, and full spectrum doula. She practices on the land of the Ute, Arapaho, & Cheyenne out of Denver, CO. She believes that reclaiming our connection to plant medicine & our bodies is a profound act of resistance, and her work focuses on all aspects of reproductive health, with a particular passion for abortion, miscarriage, & birth. She brings herbalism, nutrition, & ritual together to provide a client-centered experience.

- This class dives into the specific practices and plant allies that are safe and easy to improve the experience of both medication and aspiration abortions, at home and in the clinic.
- We talk about the value of bringing a holistic framework that centers the clients’ identity and preferences into our understanding and approach.
- Keeping herbs in the conversation as potent supporters and allies
- Sharing safe and easy to apply practical tips to ease physical and emotional experience
- A chance to connect and share with other participants
