The Colorado River Forum convenes policymakers and other key stakeholders from the seven basins states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming, as well as the bordering Mexican states of Baja California and Sonora, to discuss and understand pressing issues impacting this important body of water in the West.
With timely information on priority issues, members engage with the intent of developing a shared understanding of challenges and opportunities; regional, national, and tribal perspectives; and exchange ideas on effective strategies. Through the Colorado River Forum, members develop strong interstate relationships and work to influence the agreements and processes that shape the governing of the Colorado River.
