    • We will be accepting waitlist applications until May 22nd. 
    • Applying on this form does NOT guarantee approval to particpate.
    • Application reviews start happen in late-April with status notification emails to follow.
    • *STAGE FACING 10ft Spaces ($100) are very limited and prioritized for first time applicants, first year businesses, and resource organizations.
    • BYOE: Reminder that you must Bring Your Own Equipment! Tables, chairs, canopy, weights, etc!
    • NO TENTED FOOD VENDORS: Only Trucks/Trailers (MFFs) permitted by Santa Clara County Health Dept. with annually inspection can participate. Unfortuantely, no tented food facility/booth vendors at this time until the event is moved to a new space that will allow for food booths/TFF. Food Trucks may apply here. Food trucks are managed by the venue host at Garden at the Flea (SJ Flea Market).
    • *POTENTIAL TWO-DAY EVENT! We will be asking questions if interested in a Friday Night & Saturday Day time version of the June celebration.

  • I AGREE my business will not be selling illegal and prohibited items along with certain branded products and professional services. (SJ Flea Market reserves the right to decide what is prohibited/inappropriate). These items/services may include:

    • Pornographic/sexualized materials
    • Racist/Hateful Messaging
    • Guns or ammunition, Realistic Weapons
    • Alcohol or tobacco products
    • Counterfeit Copyright Protected items (Typically professional sports & brands)
    • Luxury Branded Merchandise and creative versions (LV, Gucci, etc.)
    • Croc Jibbitz or similar shoe charms products
    • Any packaged food, drinks, or snacks.

  • I AGREE AS A VENDOR PARTICIPANT, I must abide by rules set by San Jose Flea Market Inc.- 

    • Participants must follow directions or messages provided by Flea Market / Garden at the Flea management and security.
    • Absolutely, no outside alcohol, drugs, or smoking allowed on property.
    • Any type of violent, verbal, or abusive behavior is not tolerated and will issue right of ejection off the premises. Any participants actively participating in this behavior are not allowed to apply as a vendor at any time.
    • Will follow SJFM Vendor Rules that apply https://sjfm.com/vendor-rules
    • Violating any terms within the Vendor Code of Conduct is automatic dismissal from the property and no vendor refunds.

  • The Garden at the Flea/San Jose Flea Market is considering the allowance of this event to become a two-day event. While organizers may consider this, we would like to get vendors perspective also.

    PLEASE CONSIDER THIS WHEN ANSWERING:

    • Saturday Event Hours would be 10 AM - 4:30 PM. These are considered the main attendance hours for the San Jose Flea Market operations.
    • Flea Market open their doors to all vendors at the 6 AM.
    • Saturday Parking is $10. Walk-in Admission is $3. While Fridays nights are only $5 Parking and free admission.
    • Any stage programming would most likely start at 11 AM and end at 4 PM.
    • Logitical changes may happen due to co-operating with traditional Flea Market operations. Load out operations will change due to competing with the hundreds of current SJFM vendors i.e. limited access or no vehicles in the event area.

  • As the FACTsj//FAHM Jam team is primarily composed of volunteers, and with the costs of event production and a future move to a larger venue in the coming years, we have implemented a voluntary application donation to help support production costs such as marketing, website maintenance, and production supplies.

    REMINDER: This does not guarantee you approval to participate in the event.

    *Refund requests for donations are available on a case by case basis until April 30th, 2026.
