Minot Golf Scramble Registration Form

This Golf Scramble event is open to Airstream Club members attending the  2026 International Rally in Minot, North Dakota.

Date & Time – Monday, August 24, 2026 – Shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.  
 
The Course – Souris Valley Golf Course, located at 2400 14th Ave SW Minot ND 58701. It’s ~4 miles from the fairgrounds. Link to website: Souris Valley Golf Course. 
 
Fee - $90 (includes greens fees, cart and range balls). 
 
Cancellation - What is the date I can cancel for a full refund? – 07/24/2026  
 
Clubs - Do they have rental clubs? – Yes $25/set and they have 10 sets – first come, first serve – let us know when you register for the tournament and we can hold a set for you. 
 
Food – We will provide a breakfast – breakfast burrito and hashbrowns and coffee. 
 
Beverage Cart – There is no beverage cart but there are drinks and beer for sale in the clubhouse and they will provide you with a cooler (there is a limited number of coolers) 
 
Format & Logistics - How many slots are available? – We will be taking the first 120 people to sign up; four to a team (Maximum of 30 teams). Shotgun start. There will be an A group and a B group to start on par 4s and 5s (two teams to a hole) and 1 team will start out on the par 3s. We will limit registration to the first 120 people to ensure pace of play stays moving 
 
Course – It is a par 72. Four par 5s; 10 par 4s and four par 3s.  
Men will play from the white tees (5,760 yards) and women from the red tees (5,090 yards) 
 
Can I pay with my friends and family? – Yes – let us know during registration who you would like to be paired with and we will do everything we can to accommodate 

The format - 

It will be a scramble format

1. Everyone tees off. 
2. Each team must use a minimum of two tee shots from every player. 
3. If the shot your team uses is out of bounds, it is a one-stroke penalty. 
4. Lift, clean and place rule in effect. 
5. The team picks the best ball and plays all of their shots from that spot – continue you this until you complete the hole. 
6. On the green – 2-putt maximum (this will keep up pace of play). If your best shot is within a club length it is considered “good.” Pick up and count the stroke. 
7. Help keep the greens looking nice. Always fix ball marks and repair your diviots. 

Cancellations for the golf scramble may be accepted until July 24, 2026.

Fee is $90 per person. This includes greens fees, cart and range balls.
