All sponsors will be provided with a white folding table, two chairs, and a light lunch for two.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the sponsorship must be paid at the time the sponsorship is reserved. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event date. Written cancellation will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the event date with a refund, less the non-refundable 50% deposit. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event will not receive a refund.
