TUMBLING CLASS SERVICE AGREEMENT This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in tumbling classes provided by Karma Choreography. By registering an athlete, the parent or guardian agrees to the following:Karma Choreography provides structured tumbling instruction designed to develop strength, technique, and skill progression appropriate to each athlete’s level. Participation is expected to be consistent in order to see improvement. Classes are offered on Mondays of 2026 starting July 20th.Fewer than 4 classes will be charged at $20 per session. Monthly registration is $65. If you plan to attend more than 4 sessions, you must contact karmachoreography@gmail.com prior to registering.All payments are required in full prior to the start of each class or session. Athletes will not be permitted to participate in any class without completed payment. Registration is considered incomplete and your spot is not confirmed until payment has been received.All payments are final. No refunds will be issued due to missed class without prior notice. If a current waiver is already on file, an additional waiver will not be required. Any required documents must be completed prior to participation.Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds. Any exceptions are solely at the discretion of Karma Choreography. Athletes registered for the month are eligible for location change and make-up classes if contacted prior to session via email. Tumbling and related training activities involve physical exertion and inherent risk. By enrolling, the parent or guardian acknowledges and accepts these risks on behalf of the athlete.Karma Choreography is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during participation.All participants are expected to maintain respectful and safe behavior. Karma Choreography reserves the right to remove any athlete whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.This registration applies to one athlete only. A separate registration form must be completed for each additional athlete.This agreement applies to all registered and guardians. By completing registration, the parent or guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
