2026 Band Camp Registration Form
Full Band - July 20st-24th

Freshman Pre-Camp Day - July 18th

The Cascade Band Camp will be held at Cascade High School and will last from 8am to 9pm each day except for Wednesday and the Freshman Pre-Camp Day which will be from 8am to 5pm. It is required fo all students in grades 9-12 who will be performing as part of the marching band for the Fall of 2026.

Students will receive a detailed camp schedule over the summer.

The cost of the camp will be $175. This cost will cover the band show T-shirt, meals and snacks for the duration of camp, instructor fees, music, and other equipment needs. Payment and form are due no later than May 18th. Financial assistance is available for those who need it.

- The Band Camp fee is $175.

  Financial assistance is available for those who need it. Should you need financial assistance or need to make other payment arrangements, please select the "Other" option for further details.
- Parent Signature - By Signing, you are agreeing to allow your student to participate in the Cascade Marching Band Camp.
- Payment Method
- Please put your cash or check in an envelop with your student's name and "Camp Fee" written on the outside. This envelope should be place in the black box in the high school band room, or given to Mrs. Arnold at the middle school.
- If you are needing to make payment arrangments, such as monthly payment or split payments between households, please contact Mr. Lucich at 615-556-1931 or lucichd@bedfordk12tn.net.
