By purchasing, booking, or participating in an astrological consultation provided by NIN9VERSE LLC (“NIN9VERSE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood this Disclaimer and Terms of Service in its entirety;
- You voluntarily accept and agree to be bound by these terms;
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement;
- You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results following the consultation; and
- You release and hold harmless NIN9VERSE LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of your decisions, actions, omissions, or reliance upon information provided during a consultation.

Although NIN9VERSE LLC takes astrology seriously and regards it as a valuable tool for personal insight, reflection, and guidance. Nevertheless, NIN9VERSE LLC is legally required to state that all astrological consultations and related information provided herein are offered solely for entertainment and informational purposes only. No particular result, prediction, outcome, or level of accuracy is represented, promised, or guaranteed.
NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Astrological consultations and related communications provided by NIN9VERSE LLC do not constitute and are not intended to replace financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should not disregard, delay seeking, or replace professional advice based upon information received through an astrological consultation. If you require professional assistance, you should consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
You retain complete responsibility for evaluating all information provided during a consultation and for making your own decisions. Any choices or actions you take following a consultation are undertaken voluntarily and at your sole discretion and risk.
NIN9VERSE LLC shall not be responsible for decisions made, actions taken, actions not taken, or consequences experienced based upon your interpretation of or reliance upon information provided during a consultation.
RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, AND MISSED-APPOINTMENT POLICY
You may reschedule an appointment one time without penalty by providing NIN9VERSE LLC with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice. Otherwise, it will count as a missed appointment, if you cannot attend the consult.
If you cancel an appointment or fail to attend a scheduled appointment, NIN9VERSE LLC will retain part of a cancellation or missed-appointment donation equal to the lesser of:
- Twenty-seven dollars ($27.00); or
- The total amount donated for the appointment, if that amount is less than $27.00.
Any amount donated in excess of the applicable cancellation or missed-appointment amount will be refunded.
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICES
NIN9VERSE LLC reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or terminate a consultation or other service at any time without assigning any reason. NIN9VERSE LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All consultations, interpretations, and related information are provided in good faith and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NIN9VERSE LLC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, concerning the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, validity, reliability, availability, usefulness, or applicability of any consultation or information provided.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NIN9VERSE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS SHALL BE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE, LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO:
- YOUR USE OF NIN9VERSE LLC’S SERVICES;
- YOUR RELIANCE UPON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED;
- ANY DECISION, ACTION, OR OMISSION FOLLOWING A CONSULTATION; OR
- YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES AND YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION WE PROVIDE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
