Every activity sponsored by Hales Corners Lutheran is carefully planned and adequately supervised by adults. However, even with the best planning and precaution, unforeseen events can occur. This disclosure is made to all participants, whether through his/her parent or guardian or as an adult on his/her own behalf, to inform them they assume all risk of damage, loss, or injury to the person or property for which the Church and its employees and volunteers are not negligent.

Just Wanted You To Know...

Please write anything you’d like us to know about your camper(s) before camp begins. For example: Are they shy or outgoing? Do they have friends going to camp? Do they have anxiety about anything, such as the dark, storms, horses, water, etc.? If you have more than one camper, please specify his/her name in the comments.

We’d love for parent chaperones to join us on Tuesday, August 11th from 9-11:45am for Worship and to help with Camp Olympics! If you’re able to join us on that day, please complete the following information.

Camper pickup: Please arrive at Phantom Ranch Bible Camp (W309 S10910, County Rd I, Mukwonago, WI 53149) at 4pm on August 12th to sign out your camper and join in camper free time in the “Hollow”. There will be a prayer together at 4:15pm. Afterward, campers may walk their families around camp to show them their favorite places or you are free to grab your camper’s luggage from outside their cabin and head home.
