LVGA Tournament Refund Policy

Refund Deadline: 14 days before the tournament date
Processing Fee: $15 minimum per player

Policy:
- If you cancel 14 days or more before the tournament date, you are eligible for a refund minus a $15 minimum processing fee.
- If you cancel inside 14 days of the tournament date — there is NO REFUND. No exceptions.
- Entry fees are considered committed funds once the event is within the 14-day window due to course contracts, prize commitments, and player count guarantees.
- Players who cannot attend may find their own replacement player. Replacement must be approved and paid in full to transfer the spot.
- No-shows = no refund, no credit, no rollover. Period.
