“Navigating HR’s Season of Change”

Centered on the theme “Navigating HR’s Season of Change,” this engaging event will bring together colleagues for a day of learning, connection, and practical insight. Attendees can expect sessions on leadership, employee experience, and mentorship, along with a timely panel discussion focused on how higher education HR teams can navigate unprecedented challenges, such as: shifting workforce expectations, talent competition, and financial pressures while redefining the employee value proposition through actionable strategies and real-world insights. The conference will also offer valuable networking opportunities and conclude with NC CUPA-HR business updates.

The NC CUPA-HR Spring Conference will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026 at Guilford Technical Community College Cameron Campus in Colfax, NC from 8:30am to 3:30pm. 

Registration is $90 a person.

 REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 11, 2026 at 5pm

This form supports both individual and group registrations, with a maximum of 20 participants per submission. Start by completing the institution contact information. Then, provide the required details for each attendee. When prompted, select the total number of registrants to proceed with payment.

Event Refund and Transfer Policy:

All registrations are non-refundable. However, registrations are transferable to another individual affiliated with an active CUPA-HR member institution, provided the transfer request is submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the event. To request a transfer, please email Jamie Williams at nccupahr@gmail.com with the subject line: "Spring Conference 2026 Transfer Request."
