Cancellation & Refund Policy 

• Cancellations received 30 days or more before the conference will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
• Cancellations received 15–29 days before the conference will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations received within 14 days of the event are non‑refundable.
• Registrations may be transferred to another attendee from the same organization at no cost.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
