I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, NJM Ceramic Art Studios LLC. Staff, or Property Owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any injury, loss or damage, that may be sustained by myself (or the student), or to any property belonging to me, while doing business with NJM Ceramic Art Studios LLC.
