Friday - Office opens at 5:00 pm & rodeo starts at 6:00 pm.

Saturday - Office opens at 9:00am & rodeo starts at 10:00am.
HORSES IN TIE-UP AREA WILL BE LIMITED - For safety, the marshals will be monitoring the number of horses in the tie-up area. Please ensure riders leave immediately after their group has gone.*

Please confirm you are aware and will encourage your child(ren) to be mindful and assist the marshals with their job.

Payouts

Payouts will be given 1 hour after the event ends. If you need to leave immediately, please bring a pre-addressed stamped envelope and we will send your winnings to you by mail.
Leadline entries will not qualify for buckles; goodie buckets have been generously donated by our Sponsors as prizes.

There is a buckle but NO prize money for mutton bustin'.

We will place your child in the correct age category according to their date of birth. Ensure you enter it correctly as this could affect their category/draw position.

Each contestant may enter each event only once, with the exception being the team roping. Contestants may enter with 2 different partners, but may not enter the same team combination twice. Draws to fill teams will be done at the discretion of the rodeo office. Specific draw-in’s cannot be requested and will be done at random.
