How to Pay

Please include your name or registration number (to be provided in your confirmation email) on the check.
Check payments are due in full by July 28, 2026.
Registration Fees
- Participants from member institutions* $2,200
- Participants from non-member institutions $2,650
*The RP Group member registration rate is available to participants attending from California community college institutions (college or district office) that are current RP Group members.
If your institution is not a current member but you would like to pay your institution's 2026-27 dues now to receive the member conference registration rate, check out how to sign up or renew your membership. Dues payments must be received by August 31, 2026, to qualify for the member registration rate.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to professionaldevelopment@rpgroup.org. Cancellation requests received by July 21, 2026, will be refunded in full minus a $75 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after July 21, 2026.
