Welcome to AllTrack’s self-serve music licensing portal for private clubs. This license applies to country clubs, golf clubs, city clubs, yacht clubs, supper clubs and other similar membership-based locations. Under the United States Copyright Act, businesses are required to properly license the right to play recorded music (streaming, background, TVs, etc.) and/or host live musical performances (bands, singers, DJs, karaoke, etc.) on their premises. AllTrack issues blanket performance licenses to businesses to comply with these requirements and distributes the related proceeds to its affiliated songwriters, composers, producers and music publishers in the form of royalties.
