In consideration of the acceptance of my registration for Reading Rangers, I, the parent or legal guardian, do hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, and DISCHARGE Reading Rangers LLC, it’s teachers ( Kristen DiCristina and Rebecca Goepp), and The Spanish Academy, from any liability or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of injuries to my child while attending a Reading Rangers class. I understand that Reading Rangers has taken proper safety measures to aid in the safety of all participants but cannot ensure or guarantee that participants, grounds, and/or activities will be free of accidents or injuries.
