    We are excited that you are considering joining our program. Xtreme Generations is dedicated to developing confident athletes through teamwork, discipline, and a passion for cheer and tumbling.

     Our program focuses on building strong fundamentals, encouraging personal growth, and creating a positive environment where every athlete can thrive. Whether your athlete is new to the sport or looking to grow their skills, we are committed to helping them reach their full potential.

     This registration packet will guide you through important information about our program, expectations, policies, and the steps required to officially join the Xtreme Generations team.

  • Program Policies

  • SPORTSMANSHIP

    “Champions Live Differently”


    All athletes and family members are expected to demonstrate respect, positivity, and good sportsmanship at all practices and events. We are committed to creating a safe, uplifting, and motivating environment.


    Disrespectful behavior—including gossiping, negative comments, arguing, poor attitude, talking back to coaches/staff, or involvement in any altercation—will not be tolerated.


    Xtreme Generations reserves the right to remove any athlete or family from the program due to poor sportsmanship.

    No refunds will be issued if removal occurs for this reason.

  • PRACTICE ATTENDANCE

     
    Competitive cheerleading is a team sport, and attendance is essential.


    Athletes are allowed 1 excused absence per month
    Unexcused absences are not permitted
    This is an 11-month commitment, and full participation is expected.

     
    Excessive absences may result in:

    • Removal from the team or program
    • Removal from competitions
    • Changes to or removal from routines

    Excused Absences:

    • Funeral/Wake
    • School graded event*
    • Pre-approved family vacation*
    • Contagious illness with a doctor’s note

    *Must be communicated in advance

    Unexcused Absences:

    • Transportation issues
    • Family events (parties, dinners, birthdays)
    • Homework or studying
    • Punishment
    • Non-contagious illness
    • No call / No show

    Repeated absences, even if excused, may still result in removal from the team, competitions, or program.

    Attendance is mandatory for all required practices.

     

    TARDINESS


    Athletes must arrive on time to all practices and events.


    Being more than 15 minutes late more than twice in a month without prior notice may result in removal from the routine or team.

     
    Being on time ensures the team can use all practice time effectively.

     

    BLACKOUT WEEK

     
    Blackout are the 2 weeks leading up to competitions.


    All practices during this time are mandatory.
    Missing any blackout practices (including added practices), for any reason, will result in the athlete being ineligible to compete.
    *No refunds will be given*


    Blackout schedules will be shared in advance and may vary depending on competition dates.

     

    SOCIAL MEDIA


    All athletes, parents, and family members must use social media respectfully.


    • No negative or inappropriate posts about Xtreme Generations, other programs, or individuals.


    • No posting of routine videos or music (including live videos) without permission.


    Violation of these rules will result in immediate dismissal from the program.

     

  • Team Communication

    Parents, Coaches and Admin
  • Band App is the main way to communicate with Xtreme Generations directors, coaches and teams.

    Band App will consist of:

    • Weekly updates: schedules, reminders, and any updated team info.
    • Monthly updates: fees due, monthly calendars, events and more. 

    Notifications must be turned on at all times to stay alerted for any updates.

    Quiet mode is 9 PM–9 AM (except competition weekends)

    Any concerns must be handled privately with coaches or directors via band app. (1 on 1 chats via band or a schedule meeting)


    Emails can also be used when communicating with our program directors. 

    • Response time: within 24 hours on weekdays

    (next business day on weekends/holidays)


    Parent/Teams Group Chats :

    • Older teams may have a group message via text established by their coaches to send additional messages, training/skills tips, reminders, encouragement etc. 

    • A Parent group message may be established by team via band app only. To establish connection, direct contact to specific team parents, team updates and more. 

     Coaches will be included in all group chats.

     

  • Financial Obligations

    Tuition, Commitment and Fundrasing
  • TUITION

    1. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month (June–April) through automatic invoice payment only. A card must remain on file for the full season. Tuition is never prorated, skipped, or refunded for any reason. The program is an 11-month commitment.
    2. Payments are late after the 5th of each month. Cash, checks, or other payment methods are not accepted.
    3. Late accounts will receive a $25 late fee. Athletes will not be allowed attend practice, competitions, or events until the account is current.

      *Families/Parents are responsible for staying up to date with all due dates.*

     

  •  DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS


    Failure to pay or communicate may result in:

    •No participation in practices, competitions, or events

    •Withholding of items already purchased but not yet received such as; uniforms, gear, fundraising items etc

    • Removal from routine

    • Dismissal from the program

     

    QUITTING OR DISMISSAL


    If an athlete leaves the program and doesn't complete the season as committed (in it's entirety), a $250 drop-out fee will be charged to the card on file.

     
    All payments previously paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, including:

    • Tuition and competition fees
    • Uniforms and all gear (worn or unworn)
    • Fundraising money and items

     

    We understand that situations may arise, including financial challenges or personal circumstances. However, consistent and open communication is required at all times.

     
    If there are any concerns regarding payments, attendance, or participation, families are expected to communicate with the director or staff immediately. Lack of communication is not acceptable and may impact an athlete’s standing in the program.


    We are willing to work with families when communication is honest and timely, but it is the family’s responsibility to reach out before issues become larger.

     FUNDRAISING 

     
    Fundraisers are used to help reduce the cost of additional program expenses. Fundraising opportunities will be provided throughout the season.

     
    Funds raised through fundraising will be applied towards additional season expenses:


    • Uniform & Music fee
    • Competition fees

  • Policies Acknowledgment

  • To run a successful program, all parents and athletes are expected to follow all rules at all times. These expectations apply throughout the entire season.

     
    Failure to follow any rule may result in dismissal from the team and/or the Xtreme Generations program.

     
    Please initial each rule to confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies.

  • I, (parent/guardian)         have read Xtreme Generations tuition policy and have agreed to pay $100.00 (Special Rate*) $120.00 (Regular Rate) monthly. I am aware that the result of a late payment is an additional fee of $25.00 (per account).

    I understand that after 3 late payments my child can be terminated from the program under the discretion of the company director.

  • REFUND AND COMMITMENT POLICY

     
    All payments made to Xtreme Generations are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, tuition, fundraising fees, and competition fees.

     
    Participation in the program is a full-season commitment. If an athlete withdraws or does not complete the competitive season for any reason, a $250.00 drop-out fee will be assessed and must be paid to Xtreme Generations.

     
    Failure to pay the required drop-out fee will result in further action, including the right for Xtreme Generations to pursue legal remedies to recover the balance owed.

  • ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF CONTRACT

    I acknowledge that I have received and read the Xtreme Generations Cheer Contract. I understand that this document constitutes a binding agreement between myself and Xtreme Generations. By signing below, I agree to abide by all rules, policies, and regulations outlined in this contract.

    I further understand that if any rules are violated by the participant, parent/guardian, or any immediate family member, it may result in disciplinary action, including the possibility of immediate removal of the athlete from the program.

  • PERMISSION STATEMENT & RELEASE

    I give permission for my child to participate in the Xtreme Generations Cheer Program and confirm that my child is in good physical health.

    I understand that participation in cheerleading activities—including practices, clinics, and competitions—carries inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss. These risks may include minor or serious injuries, including head or neck injuries, permanent disability, or death.

    In the event of an emergency, I authorize Xtreme Generations staff to contact emergency medical services and secure necessary treatment, including contacting a physician or paramedic.

    I agree not to hold Xtreme Generations, its owners, staff, or volunteers liable for any illness, injury, accident, or loss that may occur as a result of participation in program activities.

  • Authorized Pickup

  • For the safety of all participants, only individuals listed below will be permitted to pick up the athlete from Xtreme Generations activities.

    The parent/guardian is responsible for notifying staff in advance of any changes to authorized pick-up persons. Proper identification may be required at the time of pick-up.

    Xtreme Generations will not release any participant to an unauthorized individual under any circumstances. Staff reserves the right to deny release if proper identification is not provided or if there are safety concerns.

    Xtreme Generations is not responsible for participants once they have been released to an authorized individual.
