Planning Your Visit

We’re excited to welcome your group to El Museo del Barrio.

Complete the form below to request a guided group visit. Our team will review your request and follow up to confirm availability and the next steps.

Group visits are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each group may include a maximum of 25 participants. Sessions are charged per group of 25 participants. If you have a group larger than 25, please submit multiple requests.

Booking & Payment Process

After you submit your request using the form below, our team will review availability and follow up within five business days to confirm your visit.

We accept credit card, check, and purchase order payments. Credit card payments will be charged immediately. For all other payment methods, you will receive a price quote followed by a separate invoice from our Billing Department, which will include payment instructions.

Payment is due at least two weeks prior to your scheduled visit in order to secure your reservation.
