French Festival Vintage Market 2026

Please Read:

A description of your materials and products (including a detailed list of items) must be included with this. Please include 3 photos of your products and 1 photo of your booth that represent the items you intend to display. Vendors will be placed based on the product sold or service provided.

Liability Insurance

Your Certificate of Liability Insurance must list the Cape Vincent Chamber of Commerce as an additional insured.
Coverage must meet a minimum liability of $1,000,000.
Single-event policies are acceptable.

Refund Policy
Booth fees are non-refundable once paid. This event operates rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to:

• Weather-related conditions
• Vendor cancellations
• Travel issues or personal emergencies
• If an application is declined, the booth fee will be refunded minus processing and administrative costs.

By submitting this application, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to all event policies.

Applications must include all required documentation and full payment to be considered complete.

Vendor Promotion & Photo Use
Photos and business descriptions submitted may be used to create Vendor Profiles on our website and Facebook page to help promote both your business and the French Festival.

All submitted photos are granted limited-use permission for promotional purposes only.
