    2. Event Hosting & Administration
    This event is presented by Tara Wimbush Ministries and planned, managed, and administered by The Lavish Event, LLC.

    All payments, registrations, and logistics are processed through The Lavish Event, LLC, which serves as the official coordinating entity.

    3. Eligibility
    All participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend.

    By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

    4. Registration & Acceptance
    Submission of your registration and payment confirms your seat and constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    All registrations are subject to availability.

    5. Pricing
    All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

    Prices are subject to change at any time; however, the price at the time of registration will be honored.

    6. Payment Terms
    Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan is offered.

    Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Square). The Lavish Event, LLC is not responsible for errors or breaches originating from these external systems.

    7. Refund Policy
    Due to the limited and curated nature of this experience, all registrations are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

    In the event of cancellation by The Lavish Event, LLC or Tara Wimbush Ministries, participants will be offered:

    A full refund, or
    Transfer to a future event

    The Lavish Event, LLC and Tara Wimbush Ministries reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, location, or format as necessary.

    9. Participant Conduct
    Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the event.

    The Lavish Event, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

    All teachings, materials, content, and experiences shared during the event are the intellectual property of Tara Wimbush Ministries and/or The Lavish Event, LLC.

    Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited without written consent.

    11. Media Release
    By attending, you grant permission for The Lavish Event, LLC and Tara Wimbush Ministries to capture and use photos, video, or audio recordings for promotional and marketing purposes.

    If you prefer not to be included, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

    12. Assumption of Risk & Liability
    By attending, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation.

    The Lavish Event, LLC and Tara Wimbush Ministries are not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or personal property issues that may occur during or in connection with the event.

    13. Privacy Policy
    We respect your privacy. Personal information collected will be used solely for registration, communication, and event-related purposes.

    14. Faith-Based Experience Acknowledgment
    This is a faith-based gathering. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to participate respectfully in the spiritual nature of the experience.
