  • 🔹 HOW IT WORKS

    • Both players hit every shot
    • The team selects the best shot
    • Both players play from that spot
    • Repeat until the ball is holed
    • One score per team per hole

    🔹 SCORING

    • Gross Division: Total actual strokes
    • Net Division: Handicap-adjusted scoring (Golf Genius will calculate automatically)

    🔹 HANDICAPS (NET PLAY)

    • Team handicap is calculated using a percentage of each player’s GHIN handicap
    • Adjustments will be applied based on tee box (slope & rating)


    🔹 BASIC RULES

    • Ball must be played within 1 club length of the selected shot (no closer to the hole)
    • Ball must remain in the same condition (rough stays rough, bunker stays bunker)
    • Putts must be played from the same spot
    • Each team records one score per hole

  • LVGA Tournament Refund Policy

    Refund Deadline: 14 days before the tournament date
    Processing Fee: $15 minimum per player

    Policy:

    • If you cancel 14 days or more before the tournament date, you are eligible for a refund minus a $15 minimum processing fee.
    • If you cancel inside 14 days of the tournament date — there is NO REFUND. No exceptions.
    • Entry fees are considered committed funds once the event is within the 14-day window due to course contracts, prize commitments, and player count guarantees.
    • Players who cannot attend may find their own replacement player. Replacement must be approved and paid in full to transfer the spot.
    • No-shows = no refund, no credit, no rollover. Period.
