• Where: Copper Rock Golf Course-1567 W Copper Rock Pkwy, Hurricane
• When: 2 Sessions Available Choose one or BOTH!  Wednesday, May 6th and/or  Wednesday, June 3rd
• Time: 6-8:30 pm each session
• Group Size: Limited to the first 25 registrants
• Skill Level: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced will all be accommodated
• Cost: $125/session or $225 for BOTH SESSIONS 
• What to Bring: Hat, Sunscreen, Clubs   (Rental clubs available - must be arranged in advance)
  
  

No previous golf experience required

 

What to Anticipate:

Start each evening session with light refreshments and beverages on the Copper Rock Driving Range as you meet your instructors and receive an overview of the program.

We will split into two groups to provide more detailed instruction for each participant.  We will spend time demonstrating proper grip, posture and alignment for various golf shots.  Chipping, putting, iron shots, woods and driver...we will cover it all!

At the end of the instruction portion of the evening, we will head out on the course and play 4 holes.  The evening will end with a putting contest with the winner receiving a FREE 35 minute lesson from Chad or Alex.

This will be a fun and instructional introduction to golf or an opportunity to enhance your skills for more experienced players.

Waiver and Release Agreement.

It is most important that you read the following before signing.

Iam familiar with the plans and purposes of the Copper Rock Women's Golf Development Series.  I understand that, by signing this Consent & Release Form below, I, my personal representatives and administrators, heirs, and next of kin agree to waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages or liability of any kind against, and hold harmless Copper Rock Golf Course LC, its employees, and volunteers, from and against any and all injuries, damages or any other claims or liabilities (including, without limitation, personal injury, death, or loss or damage to personal, private or other property), whether or not due to the negligent acts or omissions of Releasees, resulting from or arising out of my participation in Copper Rock golf events and activities.

  I will be responsible for my personal belongings and equipment and will not hold Releasees responsible for their loss.

  I will treat the facilities and equipment provided by Copper Rock Golf Course with care. I understand that I will be assessed for any damage to facilities or equipment caused by my acts or omissions.

Medical Emergency Statement

I give my permission to receive emergency medical treatment, if necessary, as a result of participation in the Women's Golf Development Series; and  agree to indemnify, waive, release, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge Releasees from any and all liability or claims arising out of such treatment.

Photo & Press Release

I do hereby grant permission to Releasees to utilize my likeness, image, voice, and/or words incidental to any pictures, television, radio, videotapes, recordings, film, the Internet, or any other form or medium now known or hereinafter devised without compensation, payment of royalties, notification, or permission. I further understand and irrevocably agree that (1) these materials will become the property of Releasees and will not be returned to me; (2) Releasees may edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute photos for purposes of publicizing or promoting Releasees, its programs, or for any other lawful purpose; and (3) I waive any right to inspect or approve Releasees’ use of my likeness, image, voice, and/or words.
