I {name} shall not hold liable: the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Madoc, Seventh Day Adventist Ontario Conference, or any Seventh Day Adventist Church Corporation, or the Hosts (Phylicea Bennett and Melchus Elva, of 422 Empey Rd, Eldorado, Ontario), or any member, presenter, or volunteer of this Practical Skills Camp 2024 for any gross negligence or negligence, on my part, and I shall follow all the camp rules as communicated to me, including but not limited to:
1. No alcohol or tobacco shall be brought to or used at this event.
2. No open fires permitted at any time.
3. All Children to remain with parents, or a responsible guardian at all times.
4. No music played over personal speakers (headphones permitted).
5. All camp sites, and children to be kept quiet by 8:30 pm. Singing and playing of personal instruments (guitars, flutes, etc.) for personal campsite worship to end by 8:30 pm. Quiet visiting and singing permitted at the main tent until lights out. Lights out (main tent) by 10:30 pm. Campers are advised to plan their camping site accordingly.
6. Vehicle traffic to obey posted driveways, with a maximum speed of 10 km/hr.
7. Modest dress is requested at this event, avoiding form fitting and transparent clothing. 1
8. Access permitted to camp-site area only. Absolutely no entrance to the barn foundation, or shop buildings.
9. Use supplied toilet facilities.
10. No walking through gardens or around beehives, remain on mowed grass areas only.
11. Each camp site responsible for their own garbage, and assist in placing garbage in available garbage cans, and maintaining individual camp site.
12. No touching, or adjusting of presentation equipment (sound, video, chairs).
13. During meetings, around the meeting tent, children to be kept quiet to minimize distractions and noise as the events are also are being recorded.
14. No use of lawn mowers by anyone other than authorized organizers.
15. No unauthorized business solicitation, or recruiting for business purposes (such as multi-level marketing programs).
16. No distribution of literature from any organization unsupportive of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and its mission.
17. No Pets.
