By registering for our group, you are making a commitment to do life with these other moms for this season.

Dues

Our annual dues do not cover all of our expenses, but do help offset the costs associated with childcare, crafts, speakers, breakfast, coffee, paper goods, and technology. Our two consignment sales are our main fundraisers for MomCo. They help pay for most of the costs associated with our group and we request that all members volunteer during the sales.

The dues include your MomCo International membership, required by our charter agreement, which gives you access to MomCo online resources and the quarterly magazine. We will register you, so you do not have to do it! If you have a current membership, renewing adds 12 months to your current expiration date.

At the end of this form, you will be asked to add your credit card details for payment.

2026/2027 Dues:
- $90 for moms
- $15 or $30 per child (see KidsCo section for details on KidsCo dues)
We have scholarships available! If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please choose the appropriate option in the payments widget and you will be asked to provide additional details.

KidsCo Registration
Please enter information only for your child(ren) who will be attending KidsCo.

New for 2026/2027

This year you will pay childcare dues for each of your children rather than one flat fee. When you register your child for a room you have two choices:
- PRIORITY ($30/child) - You will receive first access to the childcare signup for each meeting. You will have 24 hours to claim your spot. Priority spots are limited in each room and you are guaranteed a spot at each meeting as long as you claim your spot within 24 hours. This is the best option for moms who have no alternative childcare options.
- GENERAL ($15/child) - You will receive the childcare signup for each meeting 24 hours after the priority group. This option does not guarantee you a childcare spot at every meeting. Spaces will be available at each meeting on a first-come, first-serve basis. If space is not available, you can add your child to the waitlist for each meeting and will receive a notification if a spot opens.
Our data from prior years shows we are very often able to work in our waitlist kids at most meetings. We always have a seat at every meeting for every mom. If you can arrange alternative childcare for your children, please join us for as many meetings as possible.

Which type of registration should I choose for my child(ren)?

If you are a mom who has alternative childcare options available and will only occasionally need to bring your child to KidsCo, we encourage you to choose the GENERAL option. This will bless another mom who does not have alternative childcare and would otherwise be unable to attend MomCo.

If you need priority childcare for some children and general childcare for others, we will reach out to you to discuss how that will work.

Which room do I choose?

Our childcare room capacity is determined by fire marshal rules and teacher/child ratio requirements. Due to these requirements it is extremely important that you select the correct class for your child BASED ON THEIR BIRTHDAY. We cannot make exceptions for children who wish to be with siblings or friends. Just like school, your child(ren) will remain in the same room through the duration of the year, even after their birthday.

Special note on babies:

Any babies less than six months old should sit with moms during the meeting. We have lots of other moms and mentors who love to hold babies so you can still have a break! If you have an infant who will be sitting with you during the meetings, please select the Infant in Arms option below. This will add your baby to our KidsCo list so we can plan a spot for them once they are six months old. You do not need to pay for a spot for Infant in Arms.

We want as many moms as possible to find community at MomCo regardless of their financial situation. Creekside MomCo is able to provide scholarships based on the success of our fundraisers each year. All scholarship requests will be evaluated by the MomCo steering team and Creekside Church Leadership on a case-by-case basis and will be approved based on the availability of scholarship funds. If accepted on scholarship, our desire is for you to be actively engaged in our meetups, social events, and service opportunities.
