I have willingly entered the International Pole and Aerial Tournament (IPAAT) and understand that I am completely liable for their own actions. IPAAT, the organiser and promoter, it's employees and agents take no responsibility for any loss, damage, or accident to yourself or your property during this competition. IPAAT advises that you do no attempt to do anything during the competition that you unable to do with confidence. IPAAT requires that you should take out Performers Liability insurance to cover yourself for and injury you may cause yourself or to others whilst performing. IPAAT does not take any responsibility for any trips, slips, falls or coming into contact with obstacles or other people such as frame work, chairs, steps or staging. We operate a strict Zero tolerance approach to alcohol and drugs whilst performing and as such you agree to be tested if ask to do so. Any breach will result in disqualification and removal from the premises. Any abuse will not be tolerated at IPAAT to any of the staff, contestants or audience members. Any breach will result in disqualification and removal form the premises. You agree to be videoed and photographed throughout the competition, which may be used for adverting for future events.*
