  • Event Guidelines

    Set up 8:15 – 10am
    Sale Hours 10am – 1pm
    Tear down 1pm – 2pm

    • This is a market for supplies, kits, materials and raw goods (not a craft fair for finished items). Examples include fabric, thread, books, patterns, rulers, notions, paints, yarn, needlework items, etc.
    • All sale items must be quilt or craft related.
    • All items must be clean and free from stains, odors and pet hair.
    • If items are sold as a kit, all parts must be included or otherwise noted.

    Event Expectations and Requirements

    • This is a CASH sale. Sellers are responsible for their own cash box, totaling purchase items, and making change. You keep 100% of your proceeds.
    • Sellers provide their own bags.
    • Sellers, helpers, guild volunteers and shoppers pay $5 admission – no exceptions. Everyone receives a free Fat Quarter with admission fee.
    • Sellers must have set up complete and be at their table(s) ready for business no later than 10am.
    • Sellers should remain at their table from 10am to 1pm. Notify a volunteer if you need to step away from your table.
    • Unless you are completely sold out – you should not begin packing up until 1pm.
    • Pack up must be completed no later than 2pm. You must remove your unsold items. You may not leave anything behind and there is no onsite disposal for unsold items.

    Facility Expectations and Requirements

    • Only water is allowed in the gym – no food – no exceptions
    • Sellers must use only tables and chairs supplied by the school
    • Sellers must keep their items within their assigned space. No items may protrude into walkways or create a trip hazard.

     

    Important Information!

    There are no refunds for table registrations. If you can't attend, you can arrange for someone to take your place. Reimbursement would be between you and your replacement. GAAQG will maintain a wait list. Contact QtoQSale@gaaqg.com for more information.

    Neither Greater Ann Arbor Quilt Guild (GAAQG) nor Liberty School of Saline is responsible for any lost or missing items, or any lost or missing cash – that is the sole responsibility of the seller.

    You must complete this registration form to reserve a table(s). Payment is required when you submit this request. Tables will not be held without a completed registration form and payment.
