Texas Rockabilly Bash Vendor/Exhibitor Space Rental Application Texas Rockabilly Bash November 6th & 7th 2026 Gillespie County Fairgrounds in Fredericksburg Texas. One vendor per spot. This is EARLY BIRD PRICING- AFTER JULY 1ST THE PRICE WILL GO UP .All spots must be reserved and paid to be considered reserved. We are limiting vendors. NO REFUNDS. After you fill out the form and choose what type of vendor spot, I will send you a link to pay, or you can pay below. Once you pay you will be reserved- until you pay you will not be reserved. thank you. Move in will be Thursday after 3pm, Friday morning 7 am to 10 am with move out Saturday 10 pm or Sunday morning before 11 am. Gates open 1pm Friday and Saturday 8 am so vendors must be show ready by 1pm Friday and Saturday by 8 am. You can leave your booth over night Friday and Saturday, and if you are interested in a dry rv spot please let us know asap. RV Spots are extra. All our vendors must be approved and either hot rod/classic car related, pin up related or kustom kulture art related.
