All spaces are OUTSIDE for this event! They are 12' x 12' with two open sides. Power is not available.
BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION: Please make sure you have your Non-profit Verification ready to upload. Acceptable documents are the following:
- IRS Determination Letter of 501 (c) status OR
- Documention showing your EIN and non-profit registration.
If you are a school group fundraising, please upload a letter staring who you are and what you are raising money for.
Organizations must be recognized as a non profit entity to qualify for a free booth space.If you sign up without attaching a valid copy of these documents, you will not be allowed to participate.
RULES AND INFORMATION
- Set up time is Friday at 9:00AM. Set up time for a Saturday only vendor is at 7:00AM. Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs. Pop-up tents are strongly recommended as this is an outdoor event and there is no shade! All vendors who check in on Friday, must be open for business from 12-6PM on Friday and 9AM-3PM on Saturday. All vendors who check in for Saturday only, must be open for business from 9AM-3PM on Saturday. Vendors that tear down early will not be invited back to future events. No show/no calls will not be invited back to future NCA events.
