1. The Krewe of Neptune and any other organization or individual associated in any way with this event do not assume liability for any claims which may arise as a result of your participation in this event.
2. By signing the registration form, you assume all liability and responsibility related to your participation of any and all passengers, individuals, or riders in your chosen mode of transportation.
3. A representative from every registered mode of transportation must attend the mandatory Captain’s Meeting at Pier 15 on Friday, June 26th, 2025 at 6pm. No meeting = no poker run.
4. The run is open to any registered watercraft or vehicle.
5. All participants will be required to adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and assume all fines and penalties related to his or her noncompliance. The Poker Run committee, organizers, and officials assume no responsibility.
6. All paid entries and/or additional poker hands will be issued a score card. The score card will be stamped by a Poker Run representative at each stop on the run. One stamp = one playing card in the individual/participant’s poker hand.
7. There are 7 checkpoints on the run. A minimum of 5 stops/stamps is required for a complete hand. If all 7 stamps are collected, the participant may choose the best 5 cards to play in his or her hand. For Neptune Poker hands only, a maximum of 3 additional cards may be purchased (optional) for $25 each at the final checkpoint. No extra cards may be purchased for the HSSM hands.
8. Cost: Entry fee is $100 until Wednesday June 24th 2025 at 6PM. After June 24th at 6PM the late entry fee will be $125. With a paid entry, participants will receive one score card. Additional score cards may be purchased for an additional $75 each.
9. No refunds will be issued, as this is a charity fundraising event. If for some reason you are unable to participate in the Poker Run after purchasing a score card, please consider your registration fee a donation.
10. The poker run 7 checkpoints (whatever order you choose)will open June 27th 2026 at 9 AM and will close at 4 PM.

11. Participants will receive only one stamp per score card at each of the designated checkpoints/stops.
12. Playing cards will be issued at the final checkpoint, where the participant’s hand will be verified and recorded by Poker Run officials. Incomplete score cards, or score cards that appear to have been altered, defaced, changed,
and/or tampered with will be disqualified. A checkpoint stamp from each individual checkpoint personnel will be required on all score cards submitted.
13. After returning to the final checkpoint, all score cards must be turned into the committee at the designated location as soon as possible and prior to the posted deadline of 6 PM, so all the score cards can be tallied and a winner announced. Any score card turned in past the posted deadline will be disqualified and will not be used to determine the winner. All qualifying score cards will be posted.
14. The rule in case of a tie will be a blind “HIGH CARD” draw between the individuals involved in the tie.
15. The penalty for breaking any rule is automatic disqualification.
16. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three hands, with a consolation prize for the 4th highest hand.
17. All decisions of the Poker Run committee are final. Event chairmen will have the final say.
